Operation
The platform allows companies to create accounts and programs that include questions employees must answer. Once the company's account is created, employees are onboarded and assigned to a team, granting them access to all programs related to their respective team.
Subsequently, employees answer questions in the programs and receive a score. Employee scores and progress in their programs are visible to the company account administrator, enabling them to obtain statistics on program effectiveness, which ones are successful and which are less so, as well as identify employees who are actively responding to questions and those who are not. The administrator has a detailed view of employee activities and, to boost engagement, can create individual or team challenges with rewards.
